Geard Cycles has three dedicated, qualified and passionate bike mechanics on hand to do everything from a basic wheel service right through to full re-builds and professional level competition set-ups.

With extensive experience in BMX, Road, MTB and Tri we can give your bike the attention it deserves. Dedicated mechanics on hand means we can offer a fast turn around so you can get back on the bike sooner.

So no matter what age, make or model of bike, if it's squeaking along the road or just won't stop, you better call into Geard Cycles for one of our convenient service options.

Now you have no excuse not to have your bike running in perfect order. Regular servicing of your bike will not only ensure a better quality and safer ride, it will also extend the life of hard wearing parts like chains and sprockets.

We recommend an 'Essential Bike Service' every 12 months / 3000km for a road bike and every 6 months / 1500km for a MTB, depending on riding conditions and general maintenance.

*The $55 Essential service is for basic consumables and labour required to perform a thorough inspection and service of your bike's equipment. Additional or replacement parts are at extra cost.

The 'Premium' service is for those who hit the road or trail regularly or for those who have let their regular servicing slip! After this service your bike will ride just like a new one (almost)!

We recommend a 'Premium Bike Service' every 24 months / 5000km for a road bike and every 12 months / 3000km for a MTB, depending on riding conditions and general maintenance.

To ensure your new bike starts life off on the right track, we'll service it for free for the first three months of its new life. Now that's peace of mind cycling!

Of course our dedicated bike mechanics can service you bike for life, just call in for an obligation free inspection.

*Free servicing is limited to inspection, adjustment and replacement of parts that fall under the conditions of your bike's warranty. The three month period starts from the invoice date of your purchase.
